Check the particular home
The official material describes 3, 4 and 5 BHK homes and golf-side living. Ask for the exact carpet area, balcony arrangement and orientation of the home being offered. A project-level view statement should not be assumed to apply equally to every unit.
Match the tower to the registration
The developer publishes separate references for Towers 1 & 2 and Towers 3 & 4. Verify the relevant record on the Uttar Pradesh RERA portal and compare the registered details with the current agreement and payment schedule.
Resolve differences in marketing material
